Monster Hunter Frontier Z PS4 open beta begins October 19 in Japan

Special application ticket now available for download.

Capcom will host an open beta test for the PlayStation 4 version of Monster Hunter Frontier Z in Japan from October 19 to 24, the company announced.

Downloads for a special application ticket are now available via the PlayStation Store. By downloading this ticket before the start of the beta, you’ll be able to obtain the “Beta Knife (Light)” one-handed sword. Additionally, PlayStation Plus subscribers who download the special application ticket will also receive the “Dusk Series” armor. Downloads for the ticket will end on October 18.

Pre-load for the beta will begin on October 12.

Monster Hunter Frontier Z is due out for PlayStation 4 in Japan on November 22.
