Free "Maker Player" app to be released with the game.
RPG Maker Fes will launch for 3DS in Japan on November 24, the game’s newly listed Amazon Japan product page reveals. (Update: The official website has opened, further confirming the release date.)
Additionally, a new Famitsu preview provides further details, including information about a free Nintendo eShop app, called Maker Player, that will let players who don’t own RPG Maker Fes play the RPGs you create.

This title’s greatest feature is that you can distribute the games you create to other 3DS owners. Even if you don’t own RPG Maker Fes, you can download the free Maker Player via the Nintendo eShop, which will allow you to play user-created RPG Maker Fes games.
