PlayStation 4 has cumulatively sold through more than 40 million units to consumers worldwide as of May 22, 2016, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced.

Sony says “will continue to expand the world of PS4 to deliver entertainment experiences that are only possible on PlayStation.”
PlayStation 4 is available in 124 countries and regions worldwide.
