World’s Longest 5 Minutes has Adventure Parts and RPG Parts
New details from Weekly Famitsu.The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has new details on World’s Longest 5 Minutes, Nippon Ichi Software‘s upcoming Syupro-DX-developed RPG for PS Vita.
Although facing against the Demon King with his party, the hero of World’s Longest 5 Minutes suddenly loses all of his memories. While driven into a defensive battle, the hero must regain his memories up until then by talking to his allies and the Demon King. But how will the the world’s longest five-minute battle come to a close?
Let’s meet the characters:
- Back Flashback – The hero. He loses all of his memories when he challenges the Demon King.
- Regent Nightfever – A minstrel who delivers music all over the world. As you might expect, he is blooming with magical ability.
- Yostuba Shirotsumekusa – A shy, but kind monk.
- Yuzu Nanakorobi – A clumsy, but cheerful martial artist.
World’s Longest 5 Minutes progresses in Adventure and RPG parts:
- Adventure Parts – Make choices and take back your memories during the fight with the Demon King. These lead into RPG parts…
- RPG Parts – Start with a flashback scene, from which an event is triggered. The result influences the hero’s abilities and equipment. There also seems to be a system that beautifies your memories.
World’s Longest 5 Minutes is due out for PS Vita in Japan on July 28 for 4,298 yen via retail or 3,086 yen via download. A limited edition including a Syupro-DX Legacy Title soundtrack CD, proposal, creation materials, and daily calendar will be available for 6,458 yen.
