The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has new details on Bandai Namco and Granzella‘s Project City Shrouded in Shadow, which is now officially titled City Shrouded in Shadow.
The game is an survival action–adventure title set in a city where a giant shadow appears and you clear stages to move forward. Since you’re just an ordinary human with no special abilities, your only purpose is to survive.
A screenshot of the game shows Ultraman (yes, Ultraman) doing battle against a city-destroying Ultraman. Another screenshot shows a Godzilla-like silhouette.
City Shrouded in Shadow is in development for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. If you missed it, catch the teaser trailer here.

Update 8:35 a.m.: A magazine scan and new information have surfaced.
You can choose between a male or female protagonist. The male protagonist is named Ken Misaki. He is a young man living in the city who, when the giant shadows appear, runs off to the park in order to save a girl who was waiting for him. The female protagonist is named Miharu Matsuhara. Each character wears a suit, so they might be company employees.
