5pb. has released a new teaser trailer and launched the official website for its upcoming Punch Line game for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.
The game, based on the anime but with multiple endings that divert from the anime’s main ending, uses a cause-and-effect-based system that sees players controlling the astral-projected Yuta Iridatsu and visiting each heroine’s room in the Korai House in search of the “Nandala Gandala” book. You’ll take missions from Chiranosuke and chain together pranks to trigger reactions from the girls that lead you closer to the Nandala Gandala. You can also check out each girls’ panties, but it could cause the downfall of humanity. The intellect and reasoning of the player will be an important contributor to advancing the story.
The Punch Line game will also have new animated scenes by Mappa, the studio that produced the TV anime.
Punch Line will launch for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on April 28 in Japan. A limited edition will include a drama CD and art book.
