Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone

Sega is bringing Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Arcade to PlayStation 4 in Japan in 2016 as Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone, the company announced during SCEJA Press Conference 2015. It will be released as a download title.

A trailer shown at the event featured the song “Electro Saturator.”

      Project DIVA X is the new game. Future Tone is a PS4 port of the Arcade version.

      Future Tone is the Arcade version of Project Diva. This is a port of that to PS4. Arcade version has different gameplay mechanics, graphics, and song list. The new Project Diva X is a sequel in the console line of games.

        But of course it is im assuming it will be a hybrid of let say 20 songs and then buy each song individually because its supposed to replicate the arcade and the arcade library expands

    So it will be a download title, did the ps4 support multiple accounts?
    Could i buy this game on a JP account, and play it ( with trophies) on a EU account? Would DLC work on that EU account if i purchased it on my JP acc?

    IF that all is possible, this seriously changed my mind to buy a ps4 though, just can’t skip this ;p

      The answer to all those things is yes.

      Just keep in mind you can’t mix and match games/DLC from different regions. So as long as your game + DLC is all Japanese you’ll be able to play them on all accounts on your system irrespective of which regions those accounts are from and you’ll get the trophies and everything.

        You also need to be sure that, the Japanese account have your PS4 set as Prim PS4 else, the Game and DLC won’t run on the European account

    It’s okay if they ported it to PS4.
    PC has Project Diva Arcade Future Tone Simulator tho. It’s not as good as the real one but i think it’s enough.
