Dragon Quest VIII 3DS footage shows new characters Morrie and Red

Plus, battles at 1.5 times the regular speed.

V-Jump has gone up with a new gameplay video of the 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King, providing our first look at new playable characters Morrie and Red in action.

In addition to this, you’ll also get a look at a high-speed battle mode which increases the speediness of battle by 1.5.

Dragon Quest VIII is due out for 3DS in Japan on August 27.
