Sayonara UmiharaKawase+ launches in North America next week, Europe “soon after”
North American release out two days before Japan.Sayonara UmiharaKawase+ will launch for PS Vita via the PlayStation Store in North America on April 21 and in Europe “soon after” for $19.99 / 14,99 Euro / £10.99, Agatsuma Entertainment announced.
The game is a ‘complete re-working’ of the 3DS game where you play as the 20-year-old backpacking Japanese sushi chef Umihara Kawase, who armed with a fishing rod, a rubber fishing line, and a fishing hook, must avoid fish-like enemies, conveyor belts, and spikes, time travel, and more. The PS Vita version runs at 60 frames, features 60 “new and re-envisaged classic stages,” additional bonus levels, global rankings, new enemy placements, and includes the original UmiharaKawase game first launched in 1994.
