D3 Publisher has released a new set of Natsuiro High School: Seishun Hakusho screenshots, showcasing the ability to change the protagonist’s hairdo, fishing, a familiar guest character, and the suspicious chairman of Yumegashima High School.

Customize Your Hairdo
At Barber Baba’s barbershop on Main Street in Yumegashima, players can customize the protagonist’s hairdo and hair color. Choose between a number of variations to suit your style. Barber Baba also offer suggestions on what styles to go with, should you be unable to make up your mind.
Fishing
Fishing is fun. For those of you who want to fish all day, this is your dream come true. During the three months you spend on Yumegashima, you’ll be able to fish in various locations.
The controls are easy. Just raise the fishing rod when you see the floater acting up. Look out for the little-known fishing spots and you might reel in something strange.
Fish for CDs
On occasion, you’ll be able to catch music CDs as you fish, too. When caught, the music on the CD will immediately enter your smartphone. There are a lot of songs to collect, so get fishing.
Buy an Item, Sell It, or Get It Appraised
In a small antique shop on Main Street in Yumegashima, players will be able to purchase and sell items. The items you buy here might not be strictly necessary for your playthrough, but they may still come in handy. Additionally, items you own but don’t want can be sold for money.
Sell the Fish You Caught
Since the fish you catch go rotten as time passes, it is recommended you sell them early. Sometimes, you’ll be able to get mysterious items for them, too. For such items, you’ll be able to identify these unknown items by carrying out “Appraisal Requests” by the antique shop.
Characters
- Riho Futaba (voiced by Yuko Goto) – From the Dream Club series comes this gravure idol on the verge of her big break. She’s recently been putting her efforts into the release of her CD. She’s visiting Yumegashima for the first time for the high school’s culture festival, where she will perform a secret concert. She was born on December 20, is blood type B, 160cm tall, and her three sizes are B95, W59, and H65. She is bright and cheerful, and a little spontaneous. She also seems to enjoy snowboarding and dieting.
- Yumegashima Senior High School Board Chairman (voiced by Takaya Kuroda) – His age is unknown. As the board chairman and principal of Yumegashima High School, he doesn’t show up in public most of the time. He appears to be a suspicious person, and his ‘suspicious person gauge’ is surely at the MAX state. His speech and condut are also a little suspicious. Apparently, his position as the board chairman is something passed down successively in his family, but his identity is shrouded in complete mystery. Apparently, he has several acquaintances on the island.
Natsuiro High School: Seishun Hakusho is due out for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 on June 4 in Japan.
