Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker battle trailer

A look at the game's battle system a week before release.

Atlus has released a new trailer for Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker showcasing the game’s battle system.

Before each battle, players will learn their objective (such as simply defeating all enemies) and set their skills to gain the highest possible advantage. When the battle begins, you’ll position your team on the battle map, and once an enemy is within range, you can make your move. The demons and skills you choose will affect your strategy, and you can gain an extra turn if you manage to strike the enemy’s weak point.

Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker is due out for 3DS next Tuesday, May 5 in North America and this fall in Europe.
