Langrisser series regular Jessica to appear in 3DS revival
Jessica voiced by Aoi Yukki, designed by Hiroshi Kaieda.
Jessica, who made her debut in the original Langrisser for Sega Mega Drive in 1991 and has appeared in every Langrisser game since, will appear in the upcoming 3DS revival of the series, Masaya Games announced.
Voiced by Aoi Yuuki, Jessica’s new design is illustrated by Hiroshi Kaieda. She is the human avatar of the Goddess Lushiris, and having lived on and off for more than 1,000 years, has been repeatedly reincarnated. In this game, she is “newly reincarnated” for the first time in the series. She appears in a support role to the game’s protagonist.
In addition to the Jessica news, voice actors for the previously revealed cast were also announced:
- Protagonist – Shuuta Morishima
- Elma the childhood friend – Sumire Uesaka
- Towa the sword master – Miyuki Sawashiro
- Rosalia the heavy knight – Yuka Iguchi
Langrisser is due out for 3DS in Japan this summer.
