SaGa Asterism trademarked in Japan

Square Enix has filed a trademark for “SaGa Asterism” in Japan.

The publisher also filed a trademark for “Arcadia no Aoki Miko,” or “The Blue Maiden of Arcadia.”

Both marks were filed by the company on November 13.

Square Enix is hosting a SaGa series 25th anniversary live stream this Sunday and we know a new SaGa game is in development. Perhaps we’ll hear about whatever “SaGa Asterism” is during the stream.
