Summon Night smartphone game announced

A new entry in the Summon Night series is in development for iOS and Android, this week’s Famitsu reveals.

A “social simulation RPG,” Summon Night: Memories features a completely new story that progresses through “Adventure Parts” by talking with one another, with appearances from characters of previous Summon Night games such as Summon Night 3‘s Aty. “Battle Parts” use a “deep system” with simple controls. The scan appears to say that the combat system is similar to previous games’, but its cut off, so we can be 100 percent certain.

Pre-registration for the title will open tomorrow, September 17. A release date was not announced.
