  • Impressionnant

Nothing we didn’t already know about. Shame.

    • vishmarx

well no point in listing something they intend to keep a surprise?

    • vishmarx

well if youre expecting a secret special announcement that they have managed to keep secret so far,why would they list it here?

  • Francis Jairam

No Kingdom Hearts 3?! SMFH!!! >:(

    • bloodiOS

Pretty sure that this is only a list of games that are in playable state.

    • The Watcher

The just started development last year. Dont expect any news until at least 2016.

    • Slickyslacker

Full development began just 2 months ago. Don’t expect the game for at least another 3 years.

  • Vayne

Resident Evil Revelations 2 playable, then this game is ready.

    • bloodiOS

If a game is playable then it’s ready? What are you, EA?

  • Digidyne017

the vita side is underwhelming, as usual….

    • DividedSeraph

At least they HAVE a Vita side.

      • Digidyne017

Still good, but I want to see a large lineup of games that actually have a chance of come over to the States.

  • bloodiOS

    Deemo: Last Rehersal

Just curious, is this a typo or the word actually spelled like that in the title?

    • Sal Romano

      I’m just dumb. It’s Rehearsal.

  • Anders

They should convince ATLUS to bring Persona 5 for PS4 to TGS.

Or even better also bring the PS3 version and show how superior the PS4 version is.

EDIT: Let me rephrase, bring the PS4 version that was announced last week to TGS.

    • Fahmi

errr it’s going to PS4. It’s already confirmed last week

      • Anders

I meant bring the PS4 version that was announced last week to TGS and show it to the Japanese gamers.

        • Sal Romano

Given that a) it was delayed to 2015 and b) we’ve still yet to see gameplay, it’s likely not in a state where they want to let people play it quite yet.

          • Anders

You are probably right but this would have been the best chance to show it to the Japanese gamers.
Maybe they are showing this trailer.

            • bloodiOS

There is always the next TGS. Since they never said when the game would be released in 2015, it could be in winter for all we know.

              • Anime10121

Shhh, don’t say that D: if it’s a winter 2015 release for Japan, I don’t wanna even think about when it’ll release in the west :(

        • Fahmi

oh sorry. That’s very unlikely to happen though, although it’d be really great

    • bloodiOS

I got good news for ya ;)

There’s also a bad news though, the game is pushed back to 2015.

      • Anders

I meant bring the PS4 version that was announced last week to TGS.

        • bloodiOS

What if they’re not happy with what they currently have and don’t want to show it. I mean come on, are we even sure that they got a playable build? We’ve not seen any gameplay footage since the game was officially announced, not even a single in-game screenshot.

    • Orichalon Hades

looks like someone missed the conference ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

      • Anders

Yeah someone probably did miss the conference and that is why they should bring the game to TGS to promote it even more.

    • Elle

They don’t really need to show anything about Persona 5 right now. They’ll probably reveal a new character in a month most likely and detail a few things about the game.

  • shafiq95

Are Sony going to have a conference in TGS?

    • Sal Romano

      They already had their conference:

But if last year is any indication, there will likely be more game announcements at TGS. Last year, Gravity Rush 2 and Idolmaster: One For All weren’t announced until TGS actually began.

      • Zangetsu777

They are having another conference @ TGS as well

        • Chris Yuen

@Sal Romano The other conference on the 17th of September is only meant for other Asian markets such as Taiwan/Hong Kong/Singapore. Mostly titles being localized into Chinese/Korean etc. Don’t get your hopes up.

          • Sal Romano

I wasn’t talking about that conference. =P I was talking about TGS itself. Stage events, etc.

Last year, the following games were announced during the actual show:

            – Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax (AC)
            – Gravity Rush Seque (PS?)
            – Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 (PSV)
            – The Idolmaster: One For All (PS3)
            – Monster Hunter Frontier G (PSV)
            – Sakigake!! Otokojuku (PS3)

            • Chris Yuen

Was directing that towards Zangetsu. Tagged you by mistake. Sorry. Btw Sal, do either Pepsi or you have any info about the supposed Atlus stage show that they announced during the latest episode of Persona Stalker Club?

              • Thomas James

I do in fact know about this! I didn’t watch the episode myself because frankly I find a lot of the Stalker Club stuff really boring, but a friend on GAF sent the relevant screencaps from the show.

Basically from what I recall, it says that Atlus will be holding a stage show “for some reason” (their actual words) during the two public days at TGS, with those two hosts running things. No details whatsoever beyond that; it could be most anything, especially in the wake of the Sony conference.

Having attended TGS myself, I will say that it’s common for bigger developers and publishers to hold stage shows there, but usually nothing super major happens. Maybe a developer shows up on stage for an impromptu interview or to give a live demo to showgoers, maybe some special event like a concert. Usually they’re not spots where anything super revelatory and newsworthy would show up, though; they’re most fanservicey affairs. I wouldn’t be particularly surprised in the least if P5 or Dancing All Night was there, especially the latter since the latest issue of Persona Magazine apparently mentions that more information for that is supposed to drop really soon (I don’t have a copy on hand), but yeah. Hope that helps!

      • PG13fan

Yeah they are having another conference on like the 17 or 18th of September. There are expected to be more game announcements then.

        • Chris Yuen

Only intended for Asian markets. E.g probably Danganronpa: Another Episode or likewise getting localized into Chinese/Korean. Don’t expect anything much.

        • Sal Romano

So many people misled by this…

The second conference is targeted towards the Asian market. They had this second conference last year, as well. The announcements will more or less be the same as the first conference, but with confirmations for the rest of Asia.

  • Demolish

This is first time Compile Heart be in TGS?

    • Sal Romano

Quite possibly. I don’t recall them being at previous shows.

  • MyBodyIsReady

Steady on now. Were all friends here

  • 罪罰

    Asterbreeed :)

  • shogunknight

Not a bad lineup, PS3 has the smallest. Good to know theyve switched focus to current gen

  • Yuntu

I’m still sitting here waiting for anyone to say something about FF15 … please Sony or Square, one of you, please show something for that game on your conference. I just want news to keep my hopes for a 2015 or early 2016 release up, nothing more.

    • Invisbin

I’m Still not betting on information. Square probably won’t show anything until next year.

      • Budgiecat

even though it’s frustrating and trollish on their part, every year that goes by, the bigger the PS4XB1 install base grows globally…

until they’ve reached their production end cycle and S-E announces FF XV will be pushed to PS5 & XB2 :3

        • Invisbin

Itl be released before 2020….thats my expectations. Not too high right? :(

          • Budgiecat

but that’ll be right when PS5 and XB2 are announced hence my point :P

            • Invisbin

              ……true :(

        • Yuntu

          Don’t hurt my feelings :(
Though I guess ,with their saying that Type-0 is supposed to prepare the fans for 15, that 15 will be out earliest at the end of 2015 or somewhat during 2016.

  • Elvick

I wish Sega wasn’t so lame now. It’ll be bitter sweet to see more of PS Nova knowing it has no chance coming here.

    • Peanut

      :( They went to all that trouble making an English website for PSO2 awhile back. And then, NOTHING ;_;

  • DarthBrian

    mmmmmmm….Disgaea 5. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

  • Hidayat246

    >> Sony announces TGS 2014 lineup
    >> Click & read
    >> Playable at the company’s booth includes / PlayStation 4 / Astebreed (Playism)

    Hee…..?????? (◎-◎;)
WTF this game doing in ps4 sony (⊙_◎)
    Nice suprise playism (ノ゚▽゚)ノ
Give me more mecha action game ( ノ^ω^)ノ゚

    • Sal Romano

It was actually stealth-announced like a month or two ago, IIRC.

But yeah, pretty nice! Playism is also bringing Croixleur Sigma to PS4. It’s not at TGS, though.

      • Guest

Not stealth, it was announced in Japanese sites, i was reading it at Dengeki/Famitsu.

  • antithesis

=/ Drats, was hoping to see Gravity Daze 2 on the Vita list.

    • Hidayat246

maybe in TGS 2015 your dream will come true

    • Stefan Foyn Torp

      Same :(

  • PrinceHeir

I’m surprised we have EDF 4.1, but no Oneechanbara Z2.

Come on D3! You know you want to show this game to the press :P

Or are they afraid or something? :

  • Ping92

    Astebreed on PS4?! awesome!

  • Cry_Zero

I just want some kh3 gameplay or at leadt a trailer man

    • G.

I have learned to not only lower but to remove any expectations for SE games.

      • Cry_Zero

thats my problem. I cant do that :/ theres always that lil hope in me to see KH3

    • DarthBrian

Won’t see any KH3 stuff until KH2.5 HD Remix is out in Japan. So maybe at Jump Festa in December.

Assuming there is a Jump Festa this year.

      • Cry_Zero

what a slap in the face…… thats almost 1 year without new footage

        • MrFinalgamer

They announced the game VERY early in development, what did you expect?

  • 黒竜崎

No FFXV? No P5? No Digimon? :(

    • G.

This is the stuff that will be at the Sony booth. At the very least, Digimon will probably be at the Namco Bandai booth. I don’t expect to see a presence of the other two on the floor.

    • Renaldi Saputra

We only get new digimon cyber sleuth trailer
      Not the playable demo

  • Bart Fatima

    …….. ok

  • Elle

Ooh Dragonball is going to be there. Let’s hope it is good

  • EX+

Looks like the only way to see FF15 at TGS truly is a surprise showing.
    Hope is still here.

    • DarthBrian

Squeenix is probably waiting for Microsoft’s check to clear before announcing FFXV as a timed exclusive on Xbone. >_<

      • Lelouch Vi Britannia

If they do that then i swear I will yell at the top of my lungs this.

      • EX+

That would be financial suicide for this game. You’d have to be seriously drunk to consider that for a nanosecond.

        • DarthBrian

          Square-Enix gives no fucks.

          • abysswalker

When there’s money involved they sure do

            • DarthBrian

              Yeah, money from Microsoft.

              • BuffMuffles

If Square takes a payoff from MS, I’d look right at my PS4 and start crying. Because FFXV and P5 are the reasons I got the thing in the first place. I don’t see it happening though. Then again, thought Mojang was off limits, but rumor has it they’re out to buy that too!

    • MrFinalgamer

I’d put my money on a behind closed doors screening.

      • EX+

Which wouldn’t be that bad. The maximum amount of time they’ll restrict it from the Internet is probably q day, like KH3’s D23 trailer.

        • MrFinalgamer

Maybe someone will be nice/sneaky enough to leak the whole thing, like in 2010

          • EX+

In just hope it’s there at this point.
Hopefully with a Summer (June-July) 2015 release window.
I luck out if that happens.

  • Arthur Lau

“Project Morpheus will also be playable”

    • 強大なサム(Mighty Sam)

The Move controllers can be put to good use in this game…

      • Mikail

LMAO, I know what what you did there ^O^

        • 強大なサム(Mighty Sam)

Ah somebody bothered to comment instead of up voting, thank God.yep, that’s exactly what I meant XD

  • Peanut

Xrd? Sherd? Surd? We’re slowly approaching Kojima-levels of word creation here. >_<

    • 強大なサム(Mighty Sam)

      According to SoulCalibur,it’s spelled Zherd.

      • krokounleashed

    • Dick Mountainjoy

      X, the Third… ecxard

  • Lelouch Vi Britannia

    Tales of Zestiria FTW.

  • Abysswalker90

    w..where is P5?

    • Kurama_Kitsune

DAMN! it was the thing i feared most.. the fact that P5 now come out in 2015, made me think that maybe will not be at TGS, and here we are.. we just have to hope that Atlus himself bring it, or we are screwed and have to wait thehellidontknowhowmuch months before see something new…

  • Dick Mountainjoy

Ugh, even Japan isn’t safe from the Destiny circle jerk.

  • SkinnyAssGamer

and all of these games (maybe except Destiny) appeal to the Japanese Gaming Market. While Microsoft shows Call Of Duty to Japan, Sony will be showing what Japan really wants.

  • chroma816

    No FFXV?

    Suicide is imminent.

    • EX+

My.advice is to wait until after TGS. SE hasn’t ruled it out like last time.

      • chroma816

I’ve been waiting 8 years. If I wait any long, I might go crazy.

        • EX+

          Lol, hold on dude.

          • BuffMuffles

I could see Square pulling it out of the blue at the end of the SONY presentation or something. Especially considering how much larger FF is in Japan than in the west nowadays. Same goes for Type-0 HD.

        • Wazi the pa

Just believe and wait like all of us. Just believe. Heed @disqus_lFZMKTzlP7:disqus words strongly.

  • Mc-kun

    No Persona 5?!

Damn I was hoping for more information.

    • EX+

      Join the club.
I wouldn’t be too worried though. The game has a release window of 2015, most likely early. I would imagine we would get a real trailer and Japanese release date.

      • Mc-kun

        i sure hope so.

    • MrFinalgamer

After the game being announced for 2015…not sure what else you expected. This is nothing new to the series, newbie. =P

      • Mc-kun

Game was actually announced sooner than that. The first date was 2014 and the second (new) current date is 2015 due to the PS4/PS3 lineup.

i expect something more than one character that may or may not be the mc.

        • MrFinalgamer

I knew the game was announced for 2014 first (I was there for the melt down, regarding all that P4 milking), and as the months went on, it was really obvious it was getting delayed.

Not showing up at TGS isn’t anything new, newbie. Heck, the fact that it even appeared at Sony’s conference is already a BIG milestone for the series. Not having any news, until close to the release date is nothing new to this series.

  • z_merquise

Oh hey, I noticed Astebreed in the list! It’s really coming to PS4. I hope they also release it in English soon.

Looking forward for more Bloodborne and Guilty Gear Xrd footage.

    • Hidayat246

      Too late babe :-P
The english version is already release (on PC)

      • z_merquise

I know. I just personally prefer to play it in a console. Especially with my PC getting some issues when playing games.

        • Hidayat246

          oh i see
but is not the japanese version come with english languange selection???

          • z_merquise

Is it? Still, I’ll wait for the English release in US PSN since there’s already one for Steam, there shouldn’t be any long wait for it.

  • Lelouch Vi Britannia
  • Fel Martins

Can we get Phantasy Star here in the west, please?

    • Martian Wong

I want it too. I hope Nova will make it’s release in the west. But I doubt it….

  • Section8

If it weren’t for the japanese the vita would have no games. The west needs to step it up, the vita is no slouch. Which is more than I can say for the made for kids only ds.

    • Zackasaur

I wouldn’t say that. Smaller western studios and indies provide a massive array of content.

It’s just the bigger western studios that are rarely providing.

Plus, at least western localisation studios are doing a lot to bring those Japanese games over here. c:

      • Section8

Sorry, I did mean the bigger guys. The ones who it might be easier to d a AAA game. And a little sarcasm on my part for the beginning of my comment. :)

        • Zackasaur

          No worries. c:

I just like to clarify these things so that we do honor the devs who continue to support the Vita.

  • AdamBoy64

Tales of Zestiria and FIFA 15 interest me.

Though I’ll probably skip any details on Zestiria, I’d rather know nothing about it when I go to play it.

I’d like to see how FIFA 15 turns out, and whether it makes better use of the PS4 hardware than the last iteration.

  • artemisthemp

Disgaea 5, Omega Quintet and Tales of Zestiria is having my interested.

    Specially Omega Quintet

  • Hagaren

Looking forward to seeing some Disgaea 5 gameplay!

  • Sal Romano

Big update on the Sony TGS site. Updated the list.

  • Nhiroz

Is one piece pirate warriors 3 being shown?

  • Mandom (Umar)

RE Rev2 is playable? I wonder how soon is early next year..I need it

  • Mandom (Umar)

Looking forward to Zestiria…really enjoying Xillia 2 at the moment. Hoping Zestiria takes the seties to new heights. Its really looking good from what I’ve seen so far
