Media Create Sales: 9/15/14 – 9/21/14

Following its 944,000 strong debut last week, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS remains atop this week’s Japanese software sales with another 321,000 copies moved.

Naturally, 3DS hardware sales benefited from this, moving 35,000 XL units and 8,000 standard units. This also pushed sales of the July-launched Yokai Watch 2 this week to over 56,000.

This week’s only new release to make the chart, Bayonetta 2 for Wii U, launched at 39,000 sales.
