Level-5 recruiting for “large-scale project”
Developer seeking programmers, designers, and planners.Level-5 is starting work on a new “large-scale project,” according to a two-page recruitment spread in this week’s Famitsu.
The Yokai Watch and Ni no Kuni developer is taking applications for programmers, designers, and planners to join the project.
The advertisement includes extracts like, “We’re looking forward to your application, nyan!”, “Yorozura!”, and “Meramera~!” The first includes “nyan,” which Yokai Watch character Jibanyan always adds to the end of a sentence. Similarly, the second includes “zura,” which Yokai Watch character Komasan always adds to the end of sentences (in this case, it’s “Yoroshiku”). As for the third, it relates to Yokai Watch‘s Meramera Lion.
All that said, Yokai Watch is Level-5’s chief franchise. These references don’t necessarily indicate a new Yokai Watch, but rather just the company decorating its recruitment page with its most notable franchise.
Thanks, Hachima Kikou.
