The latest character confirmed to join Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles, Nintendo announced during this morning’s Japanese Nintendo Direct broadcast.

Additionally, Nintendo announced that users who register both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game with Club Nintendo will receive the Super Smash Bros. soundtrack. Further details are to be announced.
