The Seven Deadly Sins game announced for 3DS

Action adventure game currently 40 percent complete.

A 3DS game based on The Seven Deadly Sins manga and anime series is in development, this week’s Famitsu reveals.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Unjust Sin is an action adventure game. Players will choose playable and support characters and advance through stages, with play styles varying per character. Players can strengthen their characters by taking on quests at Pig’s Hat Tavern, which will serve as a base.

Characters include Meliodas, Hawk, King, Elizabeth, Diane, Ban, and Gowther. And familiar stages like Lyonesse Vicinity, Dalmally Village, and Baste Dungeon are set to appear. Nakaba Suzuki will be drawing illustrations that appear within the game.

Development is currently 40 percent complete. A release date and price are still unannounced. The Seven Deadly Sins anime will begin airing in October.
