Assassin's Creed: Rogue

Assassin’s Creed: Rogue and Assassin’s Creed: Unity are Game Informer’s September cover story, the magazine announced.

Assassin’s Creed: Rogue, whose trailer and release date of November 11 leaked earlier this morning, puts players in the role of former Assassin turned Templar Shay Patrick Cormac. It adapts Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag‘s naval gameplay and has players navigating a ship across the North Atlantic, Appalachian River Valley, and a re-imagined New York. It is set during the Seven Years’ War, filling the gap between Assassin’s Creed III and IV, and acts as a “crucial link” to the Kenway saga.

As for Assassin’s Creed: Unity, Game Informer has the latest on Elise, introduced in a new trailer last week, as well as new details about what Arno’s quest entails, what historical events and people you’ll meet, and how Arno’s allegiance to the Assassins complicates things.

Pretty skeptical about this one, didn’t like the naval ship battles in 3 and 4.

Hmmm, I think I like the concept of Rogue more than Unity. The ship battles were my favorite part of IV. Plus playing as a Templar sounds pretty cool.

What else is there? All that matters is that she was helped by a man. That’s all that defines her for all time now. Since that’s how it works now. :D

(but for cereal, I’m looking forward to learning more about her)

Back to NY? Bad taste in my mouth still from 3? NOPE! I’ll stick to Unity until they announce this on the PS4 sometime next year.

We had to send in a complaint to GI. We haven’t been receiving our GI’s since March. They also couldn’t do anything about it in the store because everything looked fine from them. -.-
