European players can download it today.

One Piece: Unlimited World Red

While it won’t be out in North America until next week, One Piece: Unlimited World Red is already available in Europe, and Bandai Namco is releasing the first free piece of add-on content.

The ‘Red Stands Alone’ quest will be available free of charge on the PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop. It will let players engage in combat once again against Red, as well as “some of the most familiar and toughest enemies” in a “completely new setup” on a higher level of difficulty.

It should be available today.

Same here. Bought the game for PS3 from game stop and we can not open the anniversary pack. It states that it is for a PS Vita.”open using a Vita and then transfer to PS3″. We paid 59.99 for a game that was 39.99 for a Vita. Will not buy another game from Bandai. What a way to send the message of ripping off the customer. Lessoned learned.
