Budgiecat is gonna come here and says the PS3 version is holding back the PS4 one :P

  • Zackasaur

    Awwwwwwwwwwwww yeah.

    I want that plush! x3

Time to set that pre-order. I’ll go with Amazon.

    EDIT: Aaaaaand, done!

  • DeadnBuried

I hope Sony can find an audience for this in that busy period. Most of yhe sales and press coverage will be on the likes of Dragon Age, Call of Duty, Assassin’s Creed, DriveClub, and all those other heavy hitters, it’d be a shame if this gem failed because it hit at the wrong time. LBP2 and LBPVita were two of my favourite platformers ever, so I hope this one can deliver, and if it does, it gets rewarded with good sales.

    • Zefhar

I honestly don’t think it’ll be a problem since LBP is such a well-known and “good for everyone” IP, plus it’s been a while since 2 came out, so the average fan will be happy to take it home for the holidays and see what’s new.

Also LBP was missing for PS4 so I guess this is a must for the majority of PS4 owners who played 1 and/or 2.

      • DeadnBuried

Im definitely hoping so! It would be a shame to see Sony try and push such a game in a prime release slot only to get shafted. It’s always sad to see games like this struggle, as it only puts off other developers and ensures more shooters. >_>

  • Infinity

Maybe Sony should think about pushing the date back a bit. November 18 is going to be a heavy week for good games/better games. I love LBP, however I don’t think I would pass over games like Dragon Age: Inquisition, and Far Cry 4.

    • Zefhar

Yeah but LBP is for a broader audience…

    • Zackasaur

I would pass over both of those for LBP3.

  • Lara Croft

I kinda wish this was a PS4 only title. But then again. By releasing it for the PS3, it shows they are still supporting their old hardware.

  • phayroent

It’s a waste putting it on the PS3. They need PS4 exclusives now, and they won’t be able to maximize the power of the 4. I will get the current-gen version though.

    • Zackasaur

The game started development on the PS3, so it’s not too surprising. They’re clearly putting emphasis on the PS4 version, however.

  • Elvick

Wonder if Canada gets the plush… Anyone from Canada see it available anywhere? (On mobile or I’d just check myself)

  • pixxxelz

    OK then amazon it is

  • HighBrowDrifter

    Patapon 4 you MOFOS!… apologies

  • shogunknight

That journey and patapon sackboy… want. Amazons offer is the best imo
