Nintendo has announced a GameCube controller adapter for Wii U.
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U is the first game confirmed compatible with the adapter.
Those participating in the Super Smash Bros. Invitational at E3 next month will be among the first to play the Wii U game with the adapter in use.
