This kind of project just shows me that PD is falling further behind. They take wayyy to long to produce a rehash of stuff they’ve been creating for the last decade and it’s starting to look, visually, matched time and time again. They have a lot under the hood beyond visuals, but I think it’s going to be hard for them going forward if smaller studios are belting out this kind of quality.

Eh, not really. PD had to work on the cell. They’ve already said the
turn around for PS4 will be faster… and that’s obvious. If it’s not,
THEN you can say that they are falling further behind. Because there is no huge hurdle this time. So if they take over 3 years for GT7, they
      just suck now. :p

And this is a current gen only game… so I don’t know why brought them up anyway. They haven’t made a current gen game yet

I guess I was looking at GT6 (which is coming for the PS4, right?) and how little of that game looks to have been built from scratch, a lot of it being reused content. *shrugs. I wouldn’t count them out, I just haven’t been floored by GT in quite some time and that’s a big thing.

So, Driveclub is getting more, and more competition…Also, is the final game really going to be “Project Cars”???
