If you have a Japanese PlayStation Network account, you’re free to sign-in and browse the store’s launch day offerings. Some titles, like Yakuza: Ishin, understandably don’t allow you to download them just yet. But other games, like the free Dream Club: Host Girls on Stage and Onigiri, can be downloaded.
Also, be sure to download the three free months of PlayStation Plus. Japan’s current free full game offerings through the subscription include Tokyo Jungle (PS3), Dream Club: Complete Edipyon (PS3), Soul Sacrifice (PS Vita), Ciel no Surge (PS Vita), Demon Gaze (PS Vita), and more.
