Single-player downloadable content launches tomorrow.

The Last of Us 'Left Behind' DLC

The Last of Us single-player expansion ‘Left Behind’ will launch on PlayStation Network for $14.99 tomorrow, and Sony today released the add-on’s launch trailer.

Left Behind follows Ellie and her friend Riley, and continues the themes of survival, loyalty, and love explored in the main game.

“We wanted to dig deeper into the events that transformed Ellie into the fighter players were introduced to on her fateful meeting with Joel,” Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann said on the PlayStation Blog. “What does it mean for two teenagers to survive in a world that offers little hope? How far will you go to save yourself? How far will you go to save the ones you love?”

The five gigabyte update will go live at 1 a.m. EST / 6 a.m. GMT worldwide.

Bah I lent my copy to someone and haven’t got it back yet… Guess I’ll have to wait. I’ve got plenty of other stuff to tide me over.

wahh i forgotten that this was released this week!!

for those who are curious, this is a scene from the JPN version of the game

Megumi Han returns as Ellie ^^

even though the English version is much preferably in this game, the JPN one doesn’t sound bad at all :D

plus this would be dual audio in JPN since all of their Sony First Party games are dual audio.

i’ll buy this maybe in the summer just like when i first played The Last of Us ^^
