Microsoft will release a cheaper Xbox One model later this year, according to a VG247 “senior source.”
The company has reportedly told trusted publishing partners about its plans.
Although the site’s source did not confirm the system would be disc-less and feature a Bluetooth adapter, as rumored earlier this week, the console will be cheaper than the current $499 model.
It’s been a big week for Xbox One leaks. If you missed it, purported information on Microsoft’s fall lineup and other unannounced games, including Halo 2 Anniversary and Crackdown 3, can be read here.
