Man do I wish anime was still as popular in the US as it was in the 90s. At least then we would’ve had a chance of getting this (at least a much larger one than we currently do) :(

I know. But it’s been a long time since I found an anime that is to my fancy. The last one I could recall was Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Eureka Seven AO. Attack on Titan was so-so for me. (Although I’m looking forward to Space Dandy).

I think this the recent decline is partly due to the censorship law in 2009. I remember many good subs groups were axed due to it. Since then, I’ve noticed a descent trend in my anime viewship. That and for the fact that I’m really not interested in Moe-blobs (Not to bash anyone preference. Just a manner of speaking is all.)

I’m no fan of the whole moe thing either unless it actually comes with a legit story (like stuff from Key). Couldn’t really get into Eureka 7 ( and oh how I tried) however, there’s still plenty of good anime out there, you just have to sift through a lot of garbage to get to em.

        • DyLaN

Eh, I don’t feel tht anime is “everything is moe girl doing moe thing” like wht ppl love to say. I mean, Nagi no Asukara and Kyokai no Kanata have a plot to it despite having cute characters.

          • Anime10121

Of course you know I agree wit ya Dilan. There’s plenty of good stuff out there! And even some of the moe stuffs have good stories, like Hanasaka Iroha for instance :)

And aside from that, tell everyone from Sili I said wassup :P

I just moved and have no internet until (hopefully) Friday and my iphone does NOT like Silis comment threads (it crashes harder than a drunk driver).

            • DyLaN

Dilan? WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAPPENED TO A10121? :P

                Iphone auto correct :/

God I hate iphone… When this thing breaks, I go bacteria to android :(

Yeah.. the only thing we have in US to watch anime on TV is on Toonami :/ other than that.. it’s just normal television shows. I think we have 50/50 chance for getting this game localized since we are in 2nd half of the show now on TV.

      • Anime10121

And Toonamis not long returned :(

Before that it was a very small block of Adult Swim, Pokemon, and DBZ Kai, and that was it :(

Though even with it being on Toonami unless it’s insanely popular like Pokemon or DBZ, it still won’t be considered successful enough to localize, as rpg’s require a MUCH bigger investment than your standard anime fighter. :(

        • Wolf Star

Really?? When I watched Toonami before it got canceled was Naruto, bleach, rave master, Zach bell, etc..
Also hmm well no wonder vita lacks on games?? XD haha in US at least.

          • Anime10121

I think you misunderstood me. What I meant was before Toonami came back all we had was that small selection of anime.

            • Wolf Star

Ooh ok I get it.. hmm

  • TheExile285

Looks nice but is it worth me spending $90 on? :/

    • Anime10121

I couldn’t care less about the SE, I just want the game in a localized form :(
