Media Create Sales: 12/2/13 – 12/8/13

Gran Turismo 6 is the top seller in this week’s Media Create sales figures. The Sony Japan-developed racer, launched last Friday, debuted at nearly 205,000 sales.

The Wii version of Dragon Quest X Version 2 followed at second most sold, moving 117,000 units in its opening week. The Wii U version trailed at 70,000 sales.

Spike Chunsoft‘s 3DS adaption of Attack on Titan, subtitled The Last Wings of Mankind, debuted at 93,000 sales, following Pokemon X and Y in position four.

On the hardware side, Dragon Quest X Version 2 pushed Wii U sales from 28,000 last week to over 48,000 this week. Gran Turismo 6 also gave PlayStation 3 a significant boost, going from 13,000 last week to over 24,000 this week.
