Let’s wait until they announce a concrete date

I doubt it; but in more positive news, if you bought the PS3 version, you will get the PS4 version absolutely free.

Nice!Definitely getting this when i get a PS4.I’ve been starving for a good FF game on consoles (even if it’s an MMO) ever since FFXII.It’ll also ease the wait for XV.

I really looking forward to playing FFXIV on PS4 and not having to go through a lot steps, just to share a picture.

  • Budgiecat

Well I already have it for PS3 (even though I havent been playing it for a whole now) so I guess if I get a PS4 eventually I’ll switch over to it….

  • rockman29

It will look fantastic on the PS4, assuming SE does a proper port job, which should be easy anyway.

Great for people willing to pay the sub.

    • Budgiecat

How much different can it actually look though….other than 60fps

      • Zero

It should look closer to the PC version. Which is much better looking than the PS3 version.

      • Pyrofrost

Like I mentioned below the difference is quite significant.

      • rockman29

As others have said, it will look significantly better than the PS3 version.

There’s not much reason it couldn’t look just as good as the PC version at max settings on a good gaming PC.

    • Pyrofrost

The good news is that the game is not a port. The PS3, PC, and PS4 versions are all developed independently of one another.
