Chibi Noire and Neptune use flashy moves in battle.

Dengeki has gone live with its online preview of Chou Megami Shinkou Noire Gekishin Black Heart, providing a first look at the Sting-developed simulation RPG and its mini 3D character models.

This time, game will not be set in the world Gamesindustri, but in Game Shijoukai (which might mean ‘game market world’). Lastation is your base.

In addition to the four main goddesses, 18 original characters will also appear. Dengeki PlayStation introduces five: Ester (voiced by Maaya Uchida), Moruu (Sora Tokui), Sango (Megumi Fusa), Tsunemi (Yuiko Tatsumi), and Riddo (also Sora Tokui).

Other tidbits include: there are gimmicks on the map to do with elevation; and it’s still under wraps, but there is a system where “moe” becomes part of your strategy.

Chou Megami Shinkou Noire Gekishin Black Heart is due out for PS Vita in Japan on May 29 for 6,000 yen. The 9,800 yen limited edition will include a Noire figure and CD drama. Pre-orders includes a visual book.

    Day one.

Ack, super-deformed style. I know a lot of people enjoy this, but I personally just can’t. I may pass on it unless it’s really good. Still waiting for Rebirth 1 to get localized anyway.

That SD style is cute, but I still would’ve preferred V’s character models…

Oh well, anything with Noire is a must-have.

Oh god, please no. Last time they did that I ended up with a headache

    This could be fun

Ooh, what type of figure I wonder? I’m guessing it will be more like a Nendoroid given the art style of the game and the price.

Those character models aren’t what I expected but they are awfully cute.

    I knew it

Simulation RPG huh, well I’m always up for strategic map use. I just want to see what the new characters look like.

Torso proportion seems a little off to me for some reason, even considering it’s chibi.

I’m not really much of a fan of the Neptunia games (or anything CH/IF for that matter). They’re really not for me, but games by Sting I definitely am a fan of. I’m now a bit conflicted as to whether or not I should care about this game, so I’ll keep an eye on it for now. This could turn out pretty decent.

Edit: To the one butthurt person; Sorry for being my own person and having tastes that differ from your own. I know it must be hard to understand that not everyone is you, but at least I had the balls to speak up and be honest instead of hiding behind a single effortless click or faking excitement.

I hope this isnt nothing like Mugen souls…

All signs are pointing to it will at least share some mechanic wh MS…. But CH games tend to have gameplay improvement as it goes on.

I really hate the MS battle system x.x

Sound like I need to Limited Edition

    Don’t forget the new map!

I like that it’s back to land areas surrounded by oceans, instead of floating landmasses. (Looks like Leanbox is on that large island to the top-right, while the other three run from left to right on the main continent.)

Also, note that particular item buried in the northern icecap…
