Titanfall will launch for Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC on March 11, 2014 in North America and March 13 in Europe, EA and Respawn Entertainment have announced.
In addition to the standard edition, a $249.99 collector’s edition will also be available.
It will include:
- A copy of the game
- Exclusive 18″ hand-crafted titan statue with diarama and battery-powered LED lighting
- Full-size art book featuring more than 190 pages of rare concept art
- Exclusive full-size full-size schematic poster of the Atlas titan
Titanfall is set in the near future on a distant frontier torn apart by war. Players are dropped in the middle of a conflict between the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation and the Militia. The first-person shooter promises “rapid and varied” action “featuring parkour-style wall running, massive double jumps, and the ability to hijack titans.” Players will shift back and forth between pilot and titan to change tactics on the fly.
