This needs to come to the PS3 (or PS4) and the Vita.

It’s utterly bizarre that this isn’t announced for PS3/PS4/Vita, which are really the most logical platforms. lol

Sometimes I wonder if it’s because it’s made by a group of Sega fanboys still mad at Sony. xD

Aside from that crazy idea, I honestly can’t think of a single reason why they wouldn’t have done PS3/Vita (PS4 now) right away.

EDIT: If Nintendo get their act together and set up an account system for their store, so that I won’t ever lose my purchase if something happens to my Wii U (like what happened to my Wii), then I’ll consider getting it for Wii U, unless there is talk of Vita by then.

EDIT 2: Though getting it for my Galaxy S4 is also tempting. lol I’m wary of touch controls, though. They work pretty well in SE’s games, at least. Still never as good as physical controls.

They still don’t have an account system for buying stuff on the WiiU? That’s insane. I assumed that was a part of their initiative to push a better online store.

      • Zackasaur

Inorite? I refuse to buy stuff from them until my purchases are more than, you know, rentals. When my Wii had hardware failure, I lost everything I bought from them.

I learnt my lesson. I’m just waiting for them to learn theirs. :/

It would make much, much more sense for Sega fanboys to refuse to develop for Nintendo consoles, not Sony consoles. Anyway, it’s silly to assume they’re refusing PSN due to being fanboys. It could be an issue or conflict with the platform itself, not the brand.

      • Zackasaur

There is no potential issue of conflict with the platform. It simply could not and does not exist.

That’s why the only explanation I could fathom is, indeed, a silly one. But these devs are silly guys, so who knows?

And these guys developed this game for Genesis/Mega Drive ages after they’d died. They’re part of a Sega adoration forum. People there are often very angry with Sony for driving Sega out of the business with the PS1.

I’m not saying it’s not silly. I’m just saying it is the only explanation anyone I’ve met has been able to fathom without being corrected.

I think you mean Genesis/Mega Drive RPG. Anyway, looks very interesting

Not on Sony platforms? Not interested. I prefer to play stuff like this on PS Vita/PS3. The only reason this could not coming to PS is because console fan boy developers. Console fan boys are bearable but console fan boy developers are the absolute worse. Missing out on a lot of money because you don’t like a certain brand is always dumb and just bad for business.

man i really want this on PS4 and VIta :)

    more indie games FTW!!!

  • Alos88

Want this on vita/psn? Send a tweet Shahid’s way!

  • alangato

WOw how I have never heard of this game before, it is a “jRPG” made by western folks?! It seems to be amazing, really nice!!

    • Alkhan

At this point there are literally dozens of “JRPGs” inspired games being developed by western indie developers.

  • Elvick

Still waiting for PlayStation news. Otherwise, I probably won’t be getting it. I mean, I will get a Wii U sometime after PS4, but I can’t imagine it being my preferred platform.

Find it strange that I see no PS consoles/handhelds listed… but they’re supporting Ouya… just crazy.

The game will be available in the future on PS3/4 and vita as well.

The game will also be available on PS3/4 and vita as well in the future.

Guys be careful as there’s some people (3) who will accuse you for port begging. Remember when I just mentioned that it would be cool to have certain Vita RPG on PS3?
