The latest set of Drakengard 3 screenshots show off the game’s sky battles.
During sky battles it’s possible to fly Zero’s dragon Mikhail and weave between the buildings of city areas at high speed, using strong breath attacks and evasion action.
Mikail’s breath attack is furnished with a lock-on feature to attack multiple enemies at once. Similar to ground battles, Zero can also activate Utautai Mode in the sky, increasing Mikhail’s breath attack considerably.
Drakengard 3 is due out for PlayStation 3 in Japan on December 19.
