Tie special abilities to your weapons and gear.

In FuRyu’s upcoming handheld RPG Exstetra, players can tie abilities to their weapons with a new system called “Enchant.”

Enchant grants special abilities like “Critical” and “Objective” to weapons and gear. There are a number of different abilities required to Enchant and you can obtain them by doing things like defeating enemies or buying them from the magic shop.

Additionally, the more attempts you make, the higher your ability levels become, and the success probability increases, too. You could say that it’s the most important techniques for being advantageous in battle.

Exstetra is due out for PS Vita and 3DS in Japan on November 7. View a new set of screenshots at the gallery.

I don’t see anything special about this system. Even the enchantment name, Enchant.

One of the big pack of games I’m buying in November. Judging by all the news about it – I totally won’t regret getting it.
As always, small developers like FuRyu make me happy.
