Is there really any reason to get this on the Wii U now that the base game is over two years old, the Wii U version has no exclusive content, and is nearly full-price when existing owners of the original can get the new content for as low as $4.99 USD on Steam and at a reduced price compared to the Wii U on the PS3/360? I’m not saying it was a good idea to put exclusive content on the Wii U version in the first place, but now there are really no reasons to get that version when you can get it for another system instead.

Seriously, not to knock the game itself here, but Eidos and Square Enix really dropped the ball on this one. They honestly expect Wii U owners to care at this point? This really should have been released closer to the Wii U’s launch, and I can’t think of a reason why the Wii U version could have taken so long except for publisher shenanigans a la Rayman Legends. The Wii U version itself has probably been finished for at least a few months to a year. Third-party companies always complain about Nintendo systems not being able to keep up but it seems to me like it’s consistently the other way around.

If the game had third person mode option then I’d consider it. Don’t like that back n forth viewpoint crap

yes would really love a full 3rd person camera, but it’s actually pretty well made ^^

though really prefer 3rd person since i want to see Jensen kick ass just like Snake is in Metal Gear Solid Series ^^

I’ll prob play this version since I never beat it but I agree 3rd person would be better.
