Relive the story of Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue.

Pokemon Origins, announced for Japan in August as Pokemon: The Origin, will debut in North America via Pokemon TV on November 15, the Pokemon Company announced.

The four-episode anime tells the story of Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue. Viewers will follow Red as he sets off from Professor Oak’s laboratory, explores the Kanto region, encounters Team Rocket, battles his rival, and challenges the Pokemon league.

Following the November 15 premiere, the remaining three episodes will be added to Pokemon TV in the days following.

Hmm good deal. Never really expected this to be dubbed so fast. I’d rather watch this in English than Japanese. So I’m glad this is seeing release here.

Haven’t been this hyped in forever for something pokemon that isn’t a game.

I’m surprised that Green doesn’t look acts a douche in contrast to the games. He and Red seem to be bad dudes instead

Ah man, the days of Red and Blue. The only games in the series I’ve been interested in, so I could find this anime quite interesting.

I’ve wanted to pick up the remakes on GBA but haven’t got around to it.

Huh 4 episodes. That’s good. I was afraid it was only going to be one.
