    Pls be …

    AAA

  • DesmaX

Well… At least it’s someone who can actually direct a good game

  • https://twitter.com/GaleGlory89 KiQun

Another J-RPG for Vita. Hope it’s good!!!

    • jujubee88

Here’s an first “hope”, on me.

      :)

  • Solomon_Kano

Oho? Wonder if it’s another SRPG though…

    • http://www.cubiz.tk/ Auragar

Considering who is working on it… I have doubts… but maybe.

      • Solomon_Kano

        Huh. Didn’t expect this.

I’d be more interested if it isn’t, but I guess we’ll see. They haven’t had an SRPG since Agarest 2, so I guess they’re about due for one.

      • MrSirFeatherFang

What do you have in mind? :V

        • http://www.cubiz.tk/ Auragar

          Unno. Some other JRPG.

          • MrSirFeatherFang

Oh, come on Aura-kun. I know you had something in mind :3

            • http://www.cubiz.tk/ Auragar

Bear in mind this is not OT… of which the site for I am no longer able to comment in.

              • MrSirFeatherFang

This is Gematsu! Just say what kind of RPG you had in mind :D

                • http://www.cubiz.tk/ Auragar

Like I said a JRPG. A generic no sub genre JRPG. Not that, that is a bad thing.

  • Arcana Gear

This is looking interesting…. even more the designs.

  • Bob Obb

    More moeblob kusoge from IF

    • Duc PC-QB

Why are you even here ?

    • Arcana Gear

i know that i shouldn’t feed the trolls, but could you research better? The “moe” things developer that you refer is Compile Hearts, a subsidiary of IF, IF games usually arent very much moe…. here some proofs:

      • DesmaX

“which will be published by Idea Factory subsidiary Compile Heart in 2014.”

        • Arcana Gear

          published =/= developed.

        • Arcana Gear

and he said “moe things from IF”, so i wasn’t even defending this game, just some misconception about IF and CE artstyles.

          • DesmaX

But IF themselves doesn’t develop games. CH is the part of them that makes these RPG’s.

            • Arcana Gear

              googled it, you’re right >.<
but at least my old comment serves to prove that CE can make games without the "moe" art.

              • DesmaX

                Well, before Neptunia, at least.

They found their niche with that

                • Arcana Gear

at least they are becoming better and better at it, i play their games since spectral chaos (the localized ones) and i can see that they are becoming better with the time, i wanted a new neverland game…. but they arealdy said no…. at least i wish them luck.

      • CirnoTheStrongest

Methinks someone doesn’t really get what moe is >.>
Because you just posted a bunch of moe

        • Arcana Gear

…. moe it’s a artstyle that makes you wanna hug and protect a character, a “cute” thing, and snow and the girls aren’t much moe, They have a share of it, but they are less moe than 80% of today japanese anime and games…..

          • Ni ~Algidus~

no. moe is something that a person finds cute. if somebody finds beetles cute, this person can say that beetles are moe

            • Arcana Gear

              …. interesting.

            • TheBlackRabbit

hmmm depends on the definition….Damn interwebz…..Q~Q

            • http://enria.org/ Jahla Din

              Moe is Moe.

It’s hard to describe, you just have to know what it is through experience.

All those characters in those pictures. You can find some Moe in that if you look hard enough.

but what are you looking for exactly?

… you just have to feel it. Feel the Moe.

    • uhawww

Some of us just so happen to like moeblob kusoge THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

    • Alkhan

Didn’t you recently comment about being disappointed for not having Moe in the Ar no Surge article?

      Here’s a link for reference-http://gematsu.com/2013/09/ar-no-surge-first-details-screenshots

Read your own comment there and see what it says.

      Man you suck at trolling.

      • Ritsujun

        He did.

  • Eclipse

As soon as I heard “Disgaea 4 director”, those silhouettes started making me think of Takehito Harada’s designs… Then again, it could be Mota’s.

  • almostautumn

Great news; glad to see Japanese devs keeping the RPG focus on the handhelds. Shame that so few are being localized these days, but I’d rather them at least be there on the platform than non-existant.

  • gangrelion

Would this be a girls only RPG? Like the one Arc system works will release for the 3DS?

    • CirnoTheStrongest

      One can hope!

  • https://twitter.com/RyoonZ RyoonZ

    Dem Vita JRPGs!

  • Nerroth

I wonder if it’ll be the type of game that will be readily compatible with the Vita TV or not.

(CH already have three Vita games on the Vita TV list, one of which is already pencilled in for a North American release; so hopefully it’s the kind of support they’d want to aim for going forward.)

  • Leon_Tekashi

So it’s another game with Idea Factory and Compile Heart working together, with some help from Masashiro Yamamoto. I’m interested. Looks like it’s going to be a new all female RPG. Could this rival HDN? Find out on the next excit- *Shot*

    • FitzpatrickPhillips

Idea Factory and Compile Heart are the same. They’re not working together, but with Yamamoto.

      • Ladius

That isn’t exactly true, Compile Heart is a division of Idea Factory much like Design Factory (the Otomate developer) but apparently it has lot of autonomy to pursue its own ideas. CH’s games have been quite different from the traditional IF output, too.

  • Gigus

Thanks Yamamoto! Thanks for stealing my future moneys.

    • Willgaea

It’s not stealing if you gladly hand it over :]

  • bloodiOS

    Looks like six magical girls.

    • Gigus

Magical six, mystical six? Sorry couldnt help myself from making up a title since you pointed that out. They could be evil….. sinister six (spider Man reference).

      • Solomon_Kano

Gonna crack up if they call it Sinister Six.

  • Zackasaur

Ooh, sweet! I’ll keep my eyes on this. I’m always interested in new JRPGs and Vita games… Let alone both in one package!

  • Presea

I really like how the designs look, based on what I can see from the silhouettes. :D Gonna keep an eye out for this one for sure!

  • Elvick

Sweet. I’m glad PS Vita is starting to get more exclusive JRPGs now. The ports are welcome, but this is definitely needed.

I like the silhouettes already, so am looking forward to seeing more.

  • papermario

I love handheld rpgs. I hope they put some more stuff on 3ds soon. Vita is good too though
