    I have 2 PS4’s guaranteed :)

    • xanhisam

Can I take one of them from you? =)

      • kuusou yume

        NO WAY! >:)

    • TheBlackRabbit

I wish to offer my kidney for one, :D

      • kuusou yume

Let me see how much it’s worth in the China black market!

        • TheBlackRabbit

          worth about a good…..5-6k

          • kuusou yume

            That should do

            • TheBlackRabbit

              yay, (*.*)/

              • TetsuyaHikari

                Oooooookay then

      • bloodiOS

It’s easier and safer to just sell your blood, no?

  • Elvick

    It will be a good day… unless my boyfriend is away. D;

  • LastBoss

    DOOM & GLOOM!!!

  • DarthBrian

Was really hoping for October like PS2 was but this’ll do I suppose.

  • jujubee88

Alright. Time to find a job.

  • True Gamer

lol this may be the most violent Black Friday in history lol. I mean its the PS4, come on lol.

    • jujubee88

If people went nuts over an Assassins Creed VITA bundle last Black Friday (that sold out like crazy at Amazon) than I think something similar will happen again with a PS4 bundle deal of some kind.

      • True Gamer

lol that is why im getting my copy on the release date because i like living lol. Remember the Black Friday event years ago when a guy died from a human stampede in Wal-Mart. lol all bad.

        • jujubee88

Oh god. I was stampede’d alive once (though, I thankfully made it out). ‘By bunch of dumb, fat kids who wanted to snatch a limited supply of choco and strawberry-milkshakes during lunch. The bell rang, flood gates opened and next thing I know …. BOOM!

          True story.

  • Jack

I think the xbox 1 is better. Sorry, sony.

    • True Gamer

I’m surprised no one attacked you yet on this site lol. However, after I get the PS4 i will get an Xbox One because I like the option of being able to play unique games for each console. Although, I wonder why you would bother to comment on here knowing that you are not interested in the PS4…

      • BossTuff

He’s just doing the exact opposite of what happens on Microsoft threads. I think it’s pretty comical actually.

      • Peacenutman

I love Gematsu, because (most) of us are troll-proof!

      • DrForbidden

Jack is entitled to his opinion, even if his opinion is in the minority on a global scale.

        • Budgiecat

          his opinion is jack!

    • DarthNemesis

Better at announcing predictable and dlc exclusive yes …games and hardware or UI …no.

  • Awnye

That’s earlier than I expected! Still I’m going to have to wait until after the holidays, though.

  • Cry_Zero

Why do europeans have to wait 2 more weeks…. I was hoping for a release in october of early november

    • shogunknight

Better than ps3 european launch, remember?

      • Cry_Zero

Thats true, but its still annoying. They should release the ps4 everywhere at the same time…. Or they should do it like apple. The big countries get it simultaneously while the rest has to wait 2 weeks…

  • Sae-Won Yoon

    Gonna wait til after launch.

Don’t get me wrong, I will get this, FFXV and KH3 are a must. But a price drop or two won’t kill.
I’m not so petty as to care what’s new and what isn’t.

    • CeroSuerte

My man!! I’ll be waiting for FFV bundle, maybe by that time they might have a slim one

      • Sae-Won Yoon

Exactly. Same for Vita if it does better sales.

      • TetsuyaHikari

        FFV, you say?

    • EX+

Same. I hope they will have an FFXV and maybe a KH3 bundle.

  • kuusou yume

I’m taking the day off school for this. Hehe

  • Kurisu Makise

    November 15…I’m excited but I won’t be taking time off school, since knowing Amazon, it’ll be at my dorm in 2-3 days ;-;

  • RSene

    32 countries?? BRAZIL!!!!!

    Oh.. exchange rates.. never mind

  • Mar Mar

    My birthday present.

  • Paul Rodriguez

I had mine reserved on since June 10. I can not wait. I wish inFAMOUS Second Son was a launch title though.

  • Raiyu

I think I’m gonna cancel my pre-order and wait a year. All these games I can already play on my PC and I’m not interested in Killzone or Knack.

Wish there were more Japanese games, maybe I’d bite but oh well.

    • DarthBrian

      Knack rules!

      I played it!

Well, part of it. Was fun. :p

Also, wait for TGS for Japanese games.

      • kuusou yume

Knack is the game I’m getting with my PS4

      • Raiyu

I might just do that, but is it even launching in Japan this year? Was it part of the 33 countries? I missed the conference so I don’t even know.

Edit: Ah nevermind, didn’t read the full article. 30 countries listed so maybe Japan is one of the last 3. Guess we’ll find out in September.

    • DarthNemesis

The west has been better than Japan and most of the games are not even on pc.

  • SuperLuigi

Just need an xbox one release date and we will all be ready

  • TetsuyaHikari

Yep, really not caring for those launch titles. That’s not surprising though. I didn’t care too much for the launch titles on PS2 or PS1 either.

Alright, TGS. Your move. Am I getting a PS4 in November or no?

    • xanhisam

No. Takes some time for the good games to get localized =)

      • TetsuyaHikari

Oh you silly silly man. PS4 is region free :3

        • xanhisam

Oh you silly man. Not everyone speaks Japanese.

          • TetsuyaHikari

Oh you silly man. I was unaware only people who speak Japanese could play Japanese games (・∀・)

            • xanhisam

Oh you silly man. No, people who don’t speak/understand/read Japanese can indeed play games in Japanese, but you can say goodbye to understanding the story (even if you manage to go through the game’s UI somehow – which really isn’t a problem for me anymore, thanks to my limited JP reading prowess and game menus being mostly filled with English words written in Katakana). And I don’t like playing games when I don’t understand what’s going on in the game’s main plot, and this silly man thing is getting boring.

              • TetsuyaHikari

                >implying every game has a story worth paying attention to
                >implying every game isn’t import friendly without an English option like Killer is Dead

Either way, I always think it’s pretty silly when someone thinks only people who understand Japanese will import Japanese games. I have plenty of friends that import fighting games since they are rather import friendly, as well as some action games. Anyway, PS4 is region free, so knowledge of the Japanese language is a moot point.

People can import games regardless :P

    • DarthNemesis

Japan has been crap since this generation so I doubt anything annojnced at TGS will be better than what has already been announced. This is not the 90s-00s anymore so you shoild broaden your taste outside of Japan.

      • TetsuyaHikari

        >Japan has been crap since this generation

      • Budgiecat

        nanda kore wa??

  • Zancrow

    Pretty good launch line-up, actually.
Killzone, Knack, AC: Black Flag and Watch_Dogs all interest me, but I’ll get the PS4 next year either way.
A nice InFamous: Second Son bundle should do it.^^

  • Raiu

November 15…. Ironically, didn’t anyone notice that date is the same date the first Xbox was first launched in the US?

  • dior

Hope these are just ~Western~ launch games.

    • Kurisu Makise

We won’t have the answer to your question until TGS so uh, please be excited for that too =D!

  • Lelouch Vi Britannia

PS4 Launching in more than 30 Territories. Thats more than M$ launching Xbone in 13 territories.

  • Sal Romano

I wrote Euro release as Novmeber 25 at first—it’s 29. Sorry guys. Dealing with a lot atm!

  • BizarreJelly

And now to start the saving, gonna be a pricy season!

  • [Guillem ]

As a Sony fan I can’t understand why Europeans always have to pay more for everything,… they don’t use any conversor $ to € or what?,… 399$ are 297€,… 100€ more is very insulting for us,…

    • KingKellogg The Waffle Haggler

      more to import?

  • shogunknight

That magma red and blue wave controller, nice color mix
Edit: The vertical stand doesnt come bundled? Hmmm

    • DrForbidden

Sony has never included the stands for any of their consoles in a bundle. We’ve always had to buy it separately.

  • Pyrofrost

    So November 15th eh?

I guess that means I won’t be buying till at least November 15th next year. That will give them time to work out the launch bugs, and give time for them to work out a more robust library.

  • Eclipse

There’s no doubt that I’ll be getting a PS4, but I’d like to wait for a larger library of games, plus there’s the inevitable release of a PS4 Slim… However, TGS could actually persuade me to buy one on launch if they have some announcements that I’d really want (none of these launch titles listed are appealing to me).

Oh, and that God Eater 2 PS Vita is also being released in November >_<

  • DarthNemesis

This is actually a good launch line up plus the other announced f2p games. The indie games are really fresh and innovative showcasing the creativity and artistic design that has been missing from the industry.Killzone and Driveclib both look great with tons of MP content.Knack looks better and better and will recapture the classic fealing of days past and imagination. Then most of these games offer co op game play such as that game ftom super stardust devs. This really is a renaissance. The PS4 will be a sandbox of gaming goodness.Dont let the lacl of Jap games cloud your judgement.

  • Rydak

Ah, so close. I had guessed Nov. 19th. Just nice to know the exact date I’ll be able to pick my preorder up.

  • DrForbidden

I hope the additional controller colours mean that the PS4 will also be available in those colours later.

  • kuusou yume

Wait… The stand comes with the PS4, right?

    • bloodiOS

I’m pretty sure it’s sold separately.

      • kuusou yume

        That’s pretty dumb :/

  • Budgiecat

Not a single RPG or fighting game on that launch list…

    • McPoo

Not many launches have RPG’s do they? I see this same comment every time a new console launches.

      • Budgiecat

If FF XV came out at launch you know how many more systems this’d sell? I’m surprised FF XIV ARR isn’t even a launch title.

        ….wait no I’m not…

      • TheBlackRabbit

so what, and we will make it every time, until it does.

    • Fringe_Agent13

I’m waiting for the JRPGs myself! ^_^

  • 罪罰

  • kuusou yume

I hope they release more color controllers. Like white, purple, yellow, hot pink, cyan, orange.

    Like skittles

  • artemisthemp

Good to see a Charging Station for DualShock 4, so you don’t have to waste a USB 3.0 port to charge the Dual Shock 4
