Level-5 debuted a new trailer for Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy at its Level-5 Vision press conference in Shinagawa today.
The 3DS soccer RPG sequel will be released in two versions—Big Bang and Supernova—in Japan in winter 2013.
Here is Level-5 International America’s official description of the game.
Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy is the newest addition to the Inazuma Eleven series, which has shipped approximately 6.5 million units worldwide. As captain, Tenma Matsukaze (Arion Sherwind in English) leads the newly reborn Inazuma Japan, a team of unknowns, in heated battles for the title in “Football Frontier International Vision 2,” the world championships for boys’ soccer. Suddenly, a spacecraft appears before the Inazuma Japan from which a mysterious man emerges, demanding their entry in the “Grand Celeste Galaxy” tournament taking place 188,000 light-years away.
The “Grand Celeste Galaxy” is in fact a critical tournament that will determine the fate of Earth: If they lose, Earth will be destroyed. The Inazuma Japan will travel further than they ever have to represent their planet as the “Earth Eleven” in this galaxy-spanning tournament. The game will be released as two versions, “Big Bang” and “Supernova.” Both are scheduled to release for Nintendo 3DS in Japan in Winter 2013.
