Capcom has partnered with WayForward Technologies to develop DuckTales Remastered, a remake of its 1989 NES 2D platformer, for release on PlayStation Network, Xbox LIVE Arcade, and the Wii U eShop this summer.

The remake boasts hand-drawn sprites, a 3D world, and authentic Disney voice actors. The original game’s 8-bit songs will be remastered by WayForward, and new elements including a tutorial, Scrooge’s Money Bin to swim in, and the Duckburg museum to track your progress, are also being added.
