Hurray for the promotion of torture as a means to get information in games…

How come it’s on PS3 as well? Wasn’t the prequel a 360 exclusive. Not that I care. Michael Ironside is gone and the game is a cookie-cutter TPS.

Additional revenue, y’know? Not that it being on PS3 is a bad thing.

Well, I don’t think other PS3 fans of the franchise are as forgiving as you ^^. Of course I have no clue, but I’d be pretty pissed to have a sequel to an console-exclusive game whose prequels are all available on my system. So the exclusivity is not an IP issue. If I recall correctly neither MS nor Ubisoft commented on it. I was done with the franchise after Chaos Theory. The next titles looked way too much action-oriented to me.

Ah fair enough, though that’s why I hate exclusivity anyway. Leave that up to the 1st party people and go ahead and make money on all fronts.

Well. I thoroughly enjoyed conviction, specifically the co op campaign, which man, had a great ending. And if this is more or less the same, then im happy. They still havent shown what the co op campaign is like or multi. My only two wishes for this game are to have Michael ironside to voice fisher and for it to be released for the wii u.

What the hell!!! that means we don’t get Rainbow Six Patriots till 2014. Why is it the one good game in a franchise always gets pushed back for a unnecessary game.

I don’t think Blacklist has anything to do with Rainbow 6 Patriots. Different studios, too. Pretty sure the latter’s been delayed as long as it has due to developer shuffles and what not.

I’m not talking about development. I’m talking about the timing. They said Rainbow 6 Patriots was suppose to come out in 2013 now they come out of know where and announce this game is coming August. There is no way they’re releasing two Tom Clancy games in the same year. :(
