Even Vanquish had a nice Platinum spin despite being a TPS. Proved to me that Platinum can handle any Genre. They’re probably the best Japanese developer right now. Mind boggles what happens when they receive unlimited funding, as is presumably the case with Bayo2, they’d probably make the target hardware bleed.

It’s really when they try to appeal to the west that things get all out of wack. Vanquish aside, because well Platinum can do no wrong EVER. Although I do wish they stuck with the original concept and the Casshan angle sometimes. :(

MGR and now this. 2013 is officially the year of murdering cyborgs and women with many arms. Do great minds think alike or what?

By the way, the New World Symphony is simply freaking awesome. It’s like anything (Catherine, Asura’s Wrath, and now this) would be several times better with it (no matter the form) playing in the background.
