Agreed, while I do like Super Sentai, I personally find Kamen Rider to be far superior.

Actually, the last Kamen Rider game to come here was 2009, IIRC. It was Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight for Wii and DS, published by D3 Publisher.

What you guys should do, if you really want to see it stateside (because obviously it’s not impossible if past games have come here) is form a collective and get the word out to D3 Publisher that you want it. Send them tweets and FB updates requesting the game. Hell, it worked for OpRainfall. It could work for you!
