Dynasty Warriors 8 Japanese release date set

Treasure Box edition, first run and pre-order bonuses announced.

Dynasty Warriors 8 will launch for PlayStation 3 in Japan on February 28, 2013 for 7,560 yen at retail and 6,600 yen on the PlayStation Store, Tecmo Koei has announced.

A Dynasty Warriors 8 Treasure Box edition will be made available for 13,440 yen. It will include a copy of the game, a deluxe 3D character crystal (LED stand), the original soundtrack, and an Omega Force secret walkthrough / art book.

First run bonuses for the game include download costumes for Zhao Yun and Sun Shangxiang from Romance of the Three Kingdoms XII. Reserve the game, and you’ll get a Dynasty Warriors 8 special smartphone pouch.
