    silly capcom trying to convince fans to purchase this just because of Vergil.

    they better make a Bloody Palace level in there, if it’s DLC then wow just wow.

    After playing the demo and watching this, this game looks and plays waaay better than DMC4 :D

      Did we play the same games? I’ll give you the environments because they are genuinely cool in this game. It is undoubtedly Ninja Theory’s best and a rather competent action game but playing better than DMC4? Thus far naaaaaaah.

          Yeah people tend to forget just what you were capable of in DMC4. Really odd considering that it still contains Dante’s most powerful incarnation and Nero is nothing to sneeze at either.

        Everyone has their taste and opinions, doesn’t matter if you are a die hard DMC gamer or not. I beat all DMC games and i loved them except 4 it was ok but not bad.

        My fav dmc is dmc3 hands down however i do not consider myself DMC fan (or at least not batthurt fan enough to cry over reboot xD) even by beating them all 100%, i go where the fun is with 0 bias with only one exception “Final Fantasy”

        DmC for some may be the best DMC game for others not, deal with it as everyone has a preference and it’s not a joke just reality, btw i’m sure you will love the new DmC ^^ a lot of people will.

      Agreed, the combos flowed so well and weapon switching was seamless and mad enjoyable. Switching between weapons so seamlessly makes customizing combos really addictive, more addictive than any in the series tbh……….speaking of the entire series, the scythe is BY FAR the best weapon I’ve used in all of Devil May Cry………….and the axe just makes me feel super badass lol…….one slash and everything goes flying :P

      The demo was really good. I’m actually glad it caters to the experienced DMC fans and uh super rusty gamers like myself. Little design decisions such as correlating certain weapons to certain enemies and then being able to mix it up as the crowd’s mix and match was fun. I also love the Boss fights and how it felt cinematic AND very gameplay heavy. Of course I really messed up on the boss fight demo and knew I was sucking but each time I was getting better, picking up on more strategy and timing, which made me appreciate it all the more.

      Plus the Vergil story has me very curious, really should just plop down the money and get it pre-ordered but ah, Q1, too packed D= By the way, random observation. Vergil looks a lot like the main character from Onimusha xD Just the face design and only in the DLC.

        I know right o.o the design blew my mind, i can just look at the game while someone is playing and that would be fine xD

        The weapon switch that takes like 0.5 sec to switch makes you make longer combos then seen before xD and sick combos too, loved how danted can slash, sky high, fight them in air, push them while in air to the ground, send attacks from air to the gorunded enemy, chain leech the enemy back from ground to the sky and continue this one combo SICK!

        yes the boss lol i love how openly they talk in this game.
        Boss says to dante: Fuck you
        Dante is like lol: Fuck you
        Then boss go to rage screaming: Fuuuck yooooou! xD i lold

          I loled too at that part. I understand it might turn some people off but that’s the character and I found it funny and cheesy. I love other aspects about the design too, like how they made the GUI and such. Plus I’m really interested in the story since it’s got that political hidden agenda story. Love stories like that, it’s probably why I’m looking forward to Watch Dogs all the more.

    Are the developers not good at making Vergil look like a badass? He fights like a badass but he looks sooo damn bad….

    Well, yeah. After playing the DMC HD Collection + DMC4, this game suddenly looks so much worse than I initially thought. First of all, as everyone’s been saying, the new character models are bad, the dialogue based on the demo sounds like it was written by a 9-year-old (FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU!). That’s not how Dante is.

    And the gameplay is just so much easier to pick up and play. You could get S ratings with no effort.

    The scenery looked pretty cool and the animations are pretty smooth. If I ever play this, I will play it on the PC due to 60fps.

      Can you please enlighten us on how Dante is? Because if memory serves me, his personality was different as heck in every game. Including the anime…
