Wii Mini announced, out December 7 (Canada-exclusive)
Smaller model lacks internet connectivity and GameCube support.
Nintendo will introduce a smaller version of its 2006-launched Wii on December 7. It will be available exclusively in Canada during the holiday season.
The Wii Mini includes a red and black console, red Wii MotionPlus controller and Nunchuck, and a sensor bar for $99.99.
The system will not offer any internet connectivity or backwards compatibility with GameCube titles. However, it is fully compatible with Wii’s 1,300-plus library of retail titles.
