Job Level
To increase your character’s Job Level, you can gain experience points by defeating enemies. Your Job Level has a direct connection with your character’s strength. As your Job Level rises, so will your ability parameters.
Skill Level
To increase your Skill Level, you can gain Skill Bonus Points also by defeating enemies. These are used to learn unique Job Skills, which include both active and passive abilities. In addition to your main job, you can also select two sub-jobs to learn more skills. For example, you can create a Fighter who can also use magic.
Skill Slots
Every character will have to enter their Job Skills into skill slot sets in order to use them in battle. Up to eight active skills can be set in the dual command slots. You can also use them to command your party and use items. Four additional slots are provided for exclusive use by passive skills.
