Digimon Adventure has over 140 Digimon

First run Digivice bonus adds new characters, ultimate forms.

Namco Bandai and Prope’s upcoming Digimon Adventure RPG for PSP will have over 140 types of Digimon, leaks from the latest Weekly Jump reveal. Digimon will fight in battles and make use of “Bond Combos” as dictated by their partners and evolution.

As you walk through the game’s episode, you’ll discover wild Digimon wandering the fields. Diverging events, ultimate evolutions of Digimon that didn’t appear in the series (this is known as mega digivolution overseas), events from the series, and bonus dungeons are being prepared.

The game’s theme song is “Butterfly.” One of the in-game songs will be “Brave Heart.”

Upon clearing the game, players will gain access to an original story featuring the main characters across all of the anime’s seasons. New Digimon created in commemoration of the 15th anniversary will appear in this scenario.

The game’s previously revealed first run download bonus Digivice Ver. PSP was also revealed to add additional characters and ultimate forms. You’ll be able to battle against friends using PSP’s ad-hoc play function.
