God of War: Ascension collector’s editions, pre-order bonuses

Get the game, a Kratos statue, steelbook case, and more for $79.99.

Sony has detailed the collector’s editions and pre-order incentives for God of War: Ascension in North America and Europe.

Collector’s Edition

Due on March 12, 2013 for $79.99, it will include a copy of the game, a premium steelbook case, an exclusive Kratos statue, the official game soundtrack, multiplayer double XP unlock, a pass for future download content, a PlayStation 3 dynamic theme, and a PlayStation Network avatar pack. In Europe, the pre-order bonus “Mythological Heroes Multiplayer Pack” is also included.

Special Edition

A Europe-exclusive (at least, it wasn’t announced for North America), this includes a copy of the game, a premium steelbook case, muliplayer double XP unlock, the official game soundtrack, a PlayStation 3 dynamic theme, and a PlayStation Network avatar pack.

Pre-Order Bonus

Consumers who pre-order the collector’s or standard edition will receive the “Mythological Heroes Multiplayer Pack,” which adds Greek heroes Perseus, Orion, Achilles, and Odysseus to your multiplayer character selection.
